Also
available on request: 1 baby cot and 1 small child's bed (50 Euros per week
including linen) and a highchair and baby bath available free of charge.
Payment
Conditions : 30% at time of booking,
balance payable 8 weeks before arrival
date.
Cancellation charges : 8 weeks before arrival - 60%, 4-7 weeks - 70%, 2-3 weeks - 80%, 1-2 weeks - 100%; Prior to 8 weeks the 30% is forfait;
Linen/cleaning : All bedlinen, towels, pool towels,table linen etc. are provided.
For stays of one week there is a final cleaning charge of 65€ for the 1
bedroom option and, in high season, 95€ for the 2-bedroom option. For
stays of 2 weeks or more allow 35€/50€ respectively for obligatory
intermediate cleaning.
Arrival : between 16.00 and 19.30. Departure : before 10.00
There
is a returnable breakage/damage deposit of 200€ (300€ for the 2-bedroom
option) payable in cash on arrival from which the cleaning charges are
also deducted at the end of your stay.
If
the number of persons arriving exceeds the capacity of the
gite/apartment without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to
refuse the additional persons and/or to charge a supplement. The owner
also reserves the right to charge a supplement of 25€ for guests
arriving very late at night without prior agreement.
Pets are only accepted with prior agreement and smoking is not permitted inside the property.
