*Easter rates apply from Thursday 9th to Monday 13th April 2009 inclusive. Stays of 3 or 4 nights are possible at Easter.
Also available on request: 1 baby cot (25 Euros per week including linen) and a highchair and baby bath available free of charge.
Payment
Conditions : 30% at time of booking,
balance payable 8 weeks before arrival
date.
Cancellation charges : 8 weeks before arrival - 60%, 4-7 weeks - 70%, 2-3 weeks - 80%, 1-2 weeks - 100%
Linen/cleaning : All bedlinen, towels, pool towels,table linen etc. are provided but there is the customary small laundry charge of 12€ per person per week.
For stays of one week there is a final cleaning charge of 40€ for the 1 bedroom option and, in high season, 60€ for the 2-bedroom option. For stays of 2 weeks or more allow 20€/30€
respectively for obligatory intermediate cleaning.
Check-in/check
out : Check-in between 16.00 and 19.00. Departure before 10.00
There is a returnable breakage/damage deposit of 200€ (250€ for the 2-bedroom option) payable in cash on arrival from which the linen and cleaning charges are also deducted at the end of your stay.
If the number of persons arriving exceeds the capacity of the gite/apartment without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional persons and/or to charge a supplement. The owner also reserves the right to charge a supplement of 25€ for guests arriving very late at night without prior agreement.
Pets are only accepted with prior agreement and smoking is not permitted inside the property.
